1. More than ever before, the kingdom of God is being established amongst us in this season. This is expressed in the manner of God’s mind that is being downloaded to us through teaching and revelation. Some believe that the kingdom of God was established from the time Jesus came. This is true in a sense because Jesus admonished the people by saying, “Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand” (Matt. 4:17). It means the kingdom of God was present. However, the kingdom was not yet reigning. For the Kingdom to reign, the life of the Kingdom should be expressed by more than just one man.

2. Genesis 1:28 captures the words with which God commissioned man. “Be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it, have dominion”, altogether define the process of coming into dominion. This was Adam’s mandate. At this time, Adam did not yet have dominion. The commission was to enable Adam to reach the point of having dominion.

3. (Gen. 2:7). God gave Adam the breath of life. It is in this state (“of life”) that Adam would start living out the commandment. God first declared His intention for creating Adam in Genesis 1, then in chapter 2, He began to empower him by breathing into him. This “breath of life” is an understanding (Job. 32:8; Ps. 119:147b). God’s kingdom is not claimed by presumption or assumption; the life that one who has the Kingdom lives would bear witness to it. If someone has the Kingdom in his mind alone, without his life witnessing to it, the Kingdom is not yet his until he lives it.

4. In Genesis, when Satan deceived man and man died, Satan did not get the dominion immediately, he needed the witness of his life on the earth for him to have a legal ground to claim the earth. So, although Adam died in his spirit from eating the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, without the understanding of the life of Satan’s kingdom, he could not express it; and so, Satan could not claim to be ruling.

5. We need to be careful to discern the season that we are in. We are not hearing mere words, the kingdom of God is being given to us because kingdoms are given through speaking. The kingdom of darkness was handed to man via speaking. Even though Satan never stands to preach literally, he is already speaking to anyone whose heart can conceive the thoughts of Satan. Every thought we conceive comes from “speaking”.

6. When the Kingdom is to be given, what is first given is understanding, which comes through knowledge. Understanding/light must come before there can be a witness. A witness is the presence of the life of that kingdom. No one could proclaim the kingdom of God until Jesus came as a witness of the life. Jesus did not only proclaim the Kingdom, He began to preach it. It takes a witness to preach the Kingdom. However, the understanding of the Kingdom was first communicated to Him before He bore witness to it. The witness of the life of the Kingdom in a terrain is the announcement of the dominion (and power) of God in that terrain. The teaching of God’s laws is the means through which God transfers His kingdom, as men will begin to conceive the thoughts of the Kingdom (Isa. 2:3).

7. The first stage to the reign of God’s kingdom is fruit-bearing (Gen. 1:28). There is an amount of fruitfulness stemming from the manifestation of the obedience of the Kingdom, that one would bear that would give God a legal ground to arrest every activity stemming from a false kingdom. Fruitfulness is the stage between conceiving (or taking the thoughts of) the Kingdom and understanding how to live it. This is the point where one begins to live and obey the constitution of the Kingdom till it becomes an expression in one's body. Even when “breath” has been given, until obedience is done, the Kingdom is only near but not yet present; as such, there is no power to displace the false kingdom. So, another kingdom would be reigning, even while one is hearing the things of the kingdom of God.

8. Satan’s kingdom or the dominion of sin can be said to still be near, even though he is no more present in the heavens; because any kingdom that its thoughts can be taken, is near. From where Satan fell, he was able to conceive the thoughts of sin; so, sin was present in the present heaven. However, there is a Kingdom that sin cannot get near (1 Tim. 6:16). Even though all the beings in the present heavens have no weakness and are holy, their heaven can still be approached by sin, which means that they can be tempted. God cannot be tempted because sin is inconceivable by Him.

9. “Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.” (Prov. 4:23). Life in this context is the life of kingdoms. When we fulfill the traits of a false kingdom (for example, gossiping or evil speaking), there is a conception in our hearts from the law of that kingdom, and we are unknowingly bringing the power and dominion of that kingdom near to us. When we understand this, we will no longer give room to the flesh. One might want to trivialize it as being mere talks, but after a while, such conceptions can overwhelm one and one would begin to bear witness to it. And when one bears witness to that false kingdom, the next it will demand from one will be multiplication.

10. Multiplication occurs when a man is first fruitful with a life, has the witness of that life, and has conceived the power and strength to transfer the understanding of that life to his environment, although he does not yet have the dominion of the life. Adam ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil but refused to be fruitful in it. Therefore, Satan was not at rest; he later found someone to bear witness to his life, Cain. Cain became fruitful by bearing witness and showcasing the benefit of Satan’s kingdom, showing how one can live with the provision of that kingdom. After some time, Cain began to multiply.

11. As children of God, He has promised us a destiny just like Adam. However, that Adam had the promise did not make him immune from falling. Adam fell because he was not on guard. So, that we are hearing these words is not a guarantee. If one is not responsible enough to be on the watch, one can hear and still fall short of coming into God’s dominion.

12. To replenish is like the principle of substitution. It is the process by which we delete the landmark and footprint of Satan’s kingdom, and establish the landmark of God’s Kingdom as a witness. We cannot say we have conquered if all we did was to cut the tree at the trunk. Where Satan put his seed was exactly where God wanted His own seed to be. So, to reclaim the dominion, God has to take away Satan’s seed completely.

13. “But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.” (Matt. 15:13). Cutting down the tree is to stop its multiplication. Some of us have gotten to a place where the dominion of God in our lives has stopped a certain level of the operation of the kingdom of Satan. God is now waiting for the next stage where He will bring a higher doctrine and principle, on how to uproot the tree. To cut a tree is easier than uprooting the tree. There are some people who have reached the point of “cutting down the tree”, but because there is no more manifestation or witness, they become carried away and begin to rejoice in the victory of “cutting down”. And while they are rejoicing, Satan begins to spring up again.

14. In the season we are in, although God is coming to us in words and prophecy, it seems like nothing is changing physically. It appears as though the more we hear about the Kingdom and dominion of God, on the outside Satan is reigning. The reason is that Satan wants to distract us from focusing on what God is doing. If we do, we would begin to see what Satan is doing, and our walk will be affected thereby. We should look at the things which are not seen (2 Cor 4:18); that is how Satan is defeated.

15. "And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." (Matt. 3:2). We activate the power of the Kingdom through repentance. This repentance demands that we take on a different mindset. Obeying Jesus’ instructions may appear foolish in the eyes of men, however, that action releases power into the atmosphere.

16. (1 Cor. 2:7-8). The present arrangement and wisdom of life cannot comprehend the wisdom of conversation God is currently giving to us. Satan is familiar with laws that operate in the realm where he fell from. Satan also knows all the terrains and laws of the present arrangement, so we cannot use those same laws to defeat him when he tempts; we need a higher wisdom.

17. God is doing the work of raising the first batch with whom we will see the multiplier effect. The 144,000 is the “multiplication” that would harvest a multitude that can not be numbered (Rev. 7:9); this would translate to the reign of God. However, the 144,000 and the multitude would not get the same reward. At that moment, God has subdued death; then the kingdom of our God and His Christ will reign. The evidence will be seen even in our natural affairs by the vengeance of the Lord. The manner with which God will give us rest around natural things will cause men to begin to admire this life.

18. The rich young ruler had a kind of dominion as a result of the amount of earthly goods he had. When he met Jesus, he saw something beautiful and glorious that superseded what he had. He saw nothingness in all he had because one Man showcased Eternal Life. Desiring it, the ruler asked, “...Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” (Lk. 18:18)

19. There is a desire in man that searches for the kingdom but man’s fall brought him below the judgment of God’s Kingdom. The people of Israel desired a kingdom. They were aware of the promise of the Messiah coming to rescue them from the kingdom they were enslaved to through the bringing of His own Kingdom. As such, despite the miracles Jesus did, they all sought the Kingdom (Acts 1:6). Although that was good, their judgment was limited, so they could not see beyond the kingdom that was passing away. Jesus knew they could not comprehend the Kingdom yet, however, He promised that One was coming who would make them understand the Kingdom, referring to the Holy Ghost.

20. “And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father hath appointed unto me;” (Lk. 22:29). The sayings the Lord is bringing to us are not ordinary; they are life. They are giving us dominion. What we are hearing is what makes one glorious. It is the glorious gospel of Christ that brought Him into glory (Jn. 17:5). The challenges and assaults we are currently faced with cannot be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us (Rom. 8:18). So we need to stay focused and look to the glory. That glory is a joy, for which we can suffer and endure anything until we attain it because God is about to give us a name.

         Blessings!
